Pressure Washing

Industrial Pressure Washing & Cleaning

The Deep Clean Your Facility Needs

At DistributionCenterPainting.com, we know that industrial facilities get dirty. Really dirty. Exhaust from trucks, dust from manufacturing, mildew from humidity, and grease from machinery all build up over time. This grime doesn’t just look bad; it can actually damage your building and create safety hazards.

We provide heavy-duty pressure washing and industrial cleaning services for distribution centers in all 50 states. We have the commercial-grade equipment to blast away the toughest dirt from your exterior walls, loading docks, and sidewalks.

Why Pressure Wash Your Distribution Center?

You might think a little dirt doesn’t hurt, but keeping your facility clean is a smart business move.

  • Prevent Damage: Mold, mildew, and algae are living things that eat away at paint and building materials. If left alone on your exterior walls, they can cause rot and decay. Regular cleaning stops this damage before it starts.
  • Pass Inspections: If you handle food, medical supplies, or consumer goods, cleanliness is often required by law or client contracts. A clean building exterior tells auditors and inspectors that you run a tight ship.
  • Safety First: Grease and oil on your loading docks or sidewalks are slip-and-fall accidents waiting to happen. We remove these slippery substances to keep your drivers and employees safe.
  • Prep for Painting: You can never paint over dirt. If you try, the paint will just peel off. Pressure washing is the critical first step in any painting project we do, ensuring the new coat sticks perfectly.

What We Clean

We clean everything from the roof down to the pavement.

1. Building Exteriors (Soft Wash & Power Wash)

We clean all types of siding, including tilt-up concrete, metal panels, and brick.

  • Soft Washing: For delicate surfaces or areas with heavy mold, we use a “soft wash” technique. This uses special cleaning soaps rather than just high pressure to kill the mold roots without damaging the surface.
  • Power Washing: For tough concrete and brick, we use high-pressure hot water to blast away deeply embedded dirt and grime.

2. Loading Docks and Bays

The loading dock is the dirtiest part of any warehouse. Diesel soot, tire marks, and spilled liquids accumulate quickly. We scour the dock walls, the rubber bumpers, and the concrete pads to remove the black soot and grease that make the area look dark and dingy.

3. Sidewalks and Concrete Aprons

First impressions count. We clean the sidewalks leading to your main entrance and the concrete aprons where trucks turn around. We use surface cleaners (large circular scrubbers) that clean evenly without leaving “tiger stripes” or wand marks in the concrete.

4. Warehouse Interior Cleaning

We don’t just work outside. We can also pressure wash the interior of empty warehouses. If you are moving into a new building or clearing out an old one, we can wash down the floors and walls to remove years of dust and debris, leaving you with a fresh, clean slate.

Environmentally Responsible

We take environmental regulations seriously.

  • Water Recovery: In many areas, you cannot just let dirty wash water run into the storm drain. We have the capability to reclaim (vacuum up) our wash water, filter it, and dispose of it properly according to local EPA laws.
  • Biodegradable Cleaners: We use industrial-strength soaps that are tough on grease but safe for the environment and the landscaping around your building.

Nationwide Cleaning Crews

We are mobile and ready to travel. Whether you need a one-time deep clean for a facility in Florida or a quarterly cleaning contract for a chain of hubs across the Midwest, we are your single source for industrial cleaning.
